Usage

Recommended Use for Tᴇ Spray (3.4 oz)

Spray 2 mists around your face and inhale deeply.
Follow with 3 sprays under your tongue.
Use at least 15 minutes before eating for best absorption.
For Acute Cases (e.g., mild colds or headaches):
- Take 3–4 times per day, gradually reducing frequency as symptoms improve.
